2. Items accompanied by the receipt and returned within the 3. 30 days following 4. date of purchase may be eligible for a refund. 5. The refund will be applied to the original payment method.
6. Non-defective items purchased in store
7. Items that are damaged or not in a resellable condition will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

9. Online purchased items can be returned within 30 days of the purchase date.

12. 3- Once the item is received and inspected, we will process a refund to the original payment method within 7 days of receipt. 13. Shipping costs are non-refundable (except in case of a shipping error on our part)
14. If RECYBORG did not deliver the correct product you ordered, we will correct the situation free of charge.

20. Conditions for in-store pickup orders
21. 1- Customers selecting “In-store pickup” at either of our locations have a maximum of 30 days to take possession of the item(s).
22. 2- After this period, Recyborg reserves the right to refund 50% of the amount paid to the original payment method and to restock the item(s).
